Fast Food Manager in Flanders, New Jersey

Hours: Mostly Monday-Friday, starting from either 6:00am or 8:00am, working until 2:00pm or 4:00pm, with approximately two Saturdays per month.
Must be hands on manager, willing to roll up your sleeves and dig in. Manager will have to work counter: making coffee, preparing food and will do some light cooking.
Duties will include, but not limited to: Hire, train, and motivate staff--Performance evalution and corrective measures--bank deposits--weekly reports to coporate headquarters--inventory
Only applicants with prior managment or supervisor experience from a fast food chain will be considered
