Chiropractic Assistant/Marketing - Compensation: to be determined in Flanders, New Jersey

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED chiropractic assistant/office assistant to work Tuesday-Thursday-Friday 10am-7pm. Some weekend hours are REQUIRED due to health fair events and chiropractic seminars. This high growth chiropractor's office needs an outgoing, high energy, people oriented person to represent the office. The ideal applicant will have a friendly personality, be highly motivated, and is able to take directions. Clerical and computer skills required.
Job Responsibilities:
?Greet Patients
?Handle Scheduling
?Front Desk Collections
?Manage Patient Flow
?Janitorial Duties
?Babysitter (doctor's or patient's children.)
?Marketer (often with very little marketing experience.)(managing website marketing, Facebook, etc.)
?Cheerleader (keeping the doc happy, and the patients happy too!)
?Doctor/patient liaison
?Insurance coding and billing
?Collections
?IT Responsibilities
?Administrative Assistant for Doc.
?Therapy Application
?Patient Education
?HIPAA Compliance Officer
?Human Resources Manager
?Customer Service Rep.
Since most chiropractic offices are typically a one doctor office, with one or two staff members, the chiropractic assistant must truly be the "Jack/Jill-of-all-Trades." He/She should be flexible, knowledgeable and able to learn quickly.
