Technical Savvy HR Professional's Wanted - Compensation: DOE in Flanders, New Jersey

TeleSearch has a temp to hire position for our customer located in Chester. This customer owns various restaurants in the area and this location is their business office.
 
We are looking for someone that can ?roll up? their sleeves and take charge of HR processing and Loss Prevention.
 
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
 
~HR Coordination:
Process new hire paperwork
Verify I-9?s
Investigate WC cases
 
~Interfacing with the Accounting Department verifying timecard submittal
 
~Negotiate vendor services for best pricing for maintenance issues
 
~Work with Management and the various store locations on a new Loss Prevention CCTV program.
                      
~Be the key point of contact for issues regarding the CCTV
 
 
Requirements for this HR/I.T. Role are:
~At least two years of experience in an HR Coordinator/HR Specialist role
~Tech Savvy, must have recent working experience with computer networking
~Bachelor?s Degree required
~Excellent written and verbal communications required
